Nadya Ichinomiya is an executive coach, author, and leadership catalyst who helps individuals and teams rise with clarity, courage, and purpose. She is Vice President of Agile Transformation, Enablement, and Operations at Sony Pictures Entertainment, where she also serves as an internal coach as part of her leadership role. With extensive experience in the technology and entertainment industries, Nadya brings firsthand insight into the challenges of high-pressure, fast-moving environments. She works with clients ranging from writers, directors, actors, and producers to corporate leaders. Nadya coaches individuals at all stages, from recent college graduates to senior executives seeking to expand influence and multiply impact. A Fellow at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, Nadya integrates evidence-based practices into her work. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, teaches Agile Methodologies on the faculty of UCLA Extension, and holds a business degree from the University of Southern California. Nadya’s coaching is shaped by her experience in Hollywood and technology, as well as her multicultural upbringing. The product of a German mother and Japanese father, she spent formative years growing up in Japan, Germany, the UK, and the US. These experiences instilled a global perspective, adaptability, and appreciation for diverse viewpoints, qualities she brings into her coaching to help clients navigate complex interpersonal and organizational dynamics.

Nadya serves on the board of Warrior Films, a nonprofit production company that produced Hoop Dreams, and is a founding board member of Global Accessibility Awareness Day. She also reaches a wider audience through her writing. She is the author of Nadya’s Career Catalyst, a weekly newsletter offering bold ideas, honest insights, and practical strategies for career growth. Nadya is currently writing her first book, Plot Twist: Script Your Career, Direct Your Purpose, Live Life as a Cinematic Adventure, which draws on her coaching philosophy to help readers create careers and lives that are intentional, bold, and fulfilling.

Outside of coaching, Nadya cultivates beauty and resilience in her life. She is an avid gardener and practices barre exercise. She is a mother of two teenage sons, and her husband is an artist.
